Der ehemalige Soldat Brandon MacGregor (Shawn Ashmore) hat schon so einiges mitgemacht und wird noch immer von traumatischen Erinnerungen aus dem Krieg geplagt. Zum Glück steht ihm seine Verlobte Mia (Tifanny Brouwer) zur Seite. Doch dann wird diese eines Tages entführt und vieles deutet darauf hin, dass ein übler Menschenhändlerring dafür verantwortlich ist. Brandon setzt alles in Gang, um seine Liebe zu retten und tut sich dafür mit seinen Brüdern zusammen, die ebenfalls Kampferfahrung haben. Doch das reicht noch nicht, um mit so einem gefährlichen Gegner fertig zu werden. Also sucht die Gruppe Hilfe beim erfahrenen und eiskalten Cop James Avery (Bruce Willis).
